Our Story, Our March
Since 1993, the SF Dyke March has brought together women, trans women, non-binary, and intersex people—with allies—to claim visibility, equity, and liberation. Decades later, the march continues as a movement of collective resistance, honoring the past, strengthening community, and inspiring future generations with courage, solidarity, and joy.
The SF Dyke March is a political movement advancing access, equity, and inclusion for all LGBTQIA+ people. It celebrates the leadership of trans women—especially trans women of color—whose vision, labor, and resilience have shaped the march’s growth and impact. The movement is committed to sharing the Dyke March’s history and the ongoing collective work that sustains it. More stories, archival materials, and updates are coming soon; check back and stay engaged.
We meet in the streets on Saturday, June 27, 2026, and contribute to advancing liberation, visibility, and justice.
